Terms of Service
Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [your name or company] ("Lyrivid", "we", "us"), who runs lyrivid.com. By using Lyrivid you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Lyrivid does
Lyrivid is an online tool that makes videos from files you upload, using templates such as lyric videos, blackpill edits and Clash Royale edits. Templates, features and limits may change over time.
2. Who can use Lyrivid
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Lyrivid and to buy a paid plan. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe.
3. Plans and billing
- Lyrivid has a Free plan and two paid plans: Creator at $5 per month and Pro at $10 per month, in US dollars before any tax. What each plan includes, and its monthly video limit, is listed in the pricing section of the site.
- Paid plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, sends receipts and handles billing questions and returns.
- Monthly video limits reset at the start of each billing period. Videos you don't use don't carry over.
- We may change our prices. If the price of your plan goes up, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want to.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Your content
"Your content" means the songs, clips, photos, recordings, lyrics and text you upload, and the videos Lyrivid makes from them.
- You keep ownership of your content.
- You let us store, process and edit your content only as needed to make your videos and run the service.
- You must have the right to use everything you upload, including the music. Most songs are protected by copyright, and using music without permission can break the law and the rules of the platforms you post to. You're responsible for what you upload and what you post.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Lyrivid to make or share content that:
- is illegal, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- harasses, threatens or attacks people, including for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or appearance;
- encourages violence or self-harm;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualizes anyone under 18;
- pretends to be someone else or misleads people about who made it.
Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around its limits, or resell it without our permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe something made with Lyrivid infringes your copyright, email [your support email] with a link to or description of the content, the work you own, and how to reach you. We'll review it and remove infringing content that we host.
7. Games and other brands
Lyrivid is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Supercell. Clash Royale is a trademark of Supercell Oy. If you make Clash Royale edits, follow Supercell's Fan Content Policy. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube are trademarks of their owners, and Lyrivid isn't affiliated with them either.
8. The service is provided as is
We work to keep Lyrivid running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that every video will come out exactly the way you expect. As far as the law allows, Lyrivid is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
10. Closing your account
You can stop using Lyrivid and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. If we close your account without a good reason, we'll refund the unused part of your current paid period.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we'll tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Lyrivid after that, the updated terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your country]. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the laws where you live.
